The products (scented/unscented leather accessories, jewellery) on sale on the website are designed, developed and crafted by the artist in her workshop.The products are handcrafted on demand.Craft production time is approximate and informative ( see 5-‘craft production time’).A comprehensive product sheet is available for each product along with non-contractual photos.As the creationsNez dans les Fleurs are hand-made ,some slight variations in shape, colour and setting may occur ;each object is unique, and we cannot be held responsible for any slight difference with the online displayed product.
The products may be photographed with other accessories in context.These accessories are only decorative for photo shooting purposes.They obviously are not sold with the ordered item which is unique.The product features are available in the comprehensive product sheet.Any validated product with a selected fragrance (except for the fragrance-free choice)or any alteration of the product will be designated as a personalised product.It implies it will be specifically created and scented for you .Consequently,no return of the product shall be accepted.
The products on sale comply with the French Legislation in force on the purchase date.
The fragrances are made to follow the IFRA standards and guidelines.
We,the seller, can not be held liable in the event of failure to comply with the laws of the country where the products are shipped and their contents delivered.It is up to the buyer to obtain information from the local authorities regarding any restriction on the importation or use of the products the buyer intends to order.The use of our products for another usage than that described and stipulated in the product sheet does not lie with Nez dans les Fleurs.
The seller shall not be liable for the choice and purchase of the products by the buyer who shall be.
A product sheet with directions for use is avalable for each online displayed product.The buyer commits himself to following the advice and the recommended directions for use. Nez dans les Fleurs shall not be held responsible for any misuse resulting from a failure on the part of the buyer
All the prices of the products are expressed in euros, excluding participation in processing,packaging and shipping costs.As a sole trader, (self-employed,) Nez dans les Fleurs is exempted from VAT in compliance with article 293B du CGI.
Indicated prices exclude handling and packaging costs.Freight and shipping costs as well as clearance remain at the buyer’s expense.
Those charges (except clearance costs) will automatically be calculated depending on your order and indicated in the order summary into your shopping basket before registration and confirmation.
Nez dans les Fleurs reserves the right to modify its price list at any time but undertakes to apply the prices in force at the time the online order is placed.
Should gross errors in the price list occur, Nez dans les Fleurs is entitled to cancel the sale.
The products are handcrafted on demand.Craft production time is approximate and indicated in the product sheet.After ordering, you can obtain an accurate production time schedule with your order number at contact@nezdanslesfleurs.com.
Should the approximate production time exceed 15 working days to that indicated on the product sheet, you will be sent an email within 7 days following your order placement.You then can either confirm the production process or cancel your order by sending an email to contact@nezdanslesfleurs.com. In case of order cancellation, you shall be refunded within 15 working days by Nez dans les Fleurs.
No order can be placed online for any product shown unavailable.However,in the event of computer error occurence,you shall be refunded within 15 working days following your purchase.With regard to bespoke or special products, a production time will be indicated in the quotation.
Contractual terms will be sent by email to the buyer’s email address stated on the buyer order form.
Nez dans les Fleurs reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute.
With regard to bespoke objects, a quotation will be sent.This quotation will have a validity of 72 hours.The order confirmation will be effective once a 50% deposit has been made.It will become ineffective once this deadline has passed.
The order will be confirmed once Nez dans les Fleurs has received the payment aknowledgement from the bank.
The purchase will be payable in full upon online order placement.For bespoke objects, a 50% payment transfer along with the order will be carried out and the outstanding 50% settled prior to the product shipment.

If the parcel cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect address and is returned to the seller, the shipment costs of a second delivery will be at the buyer’s expense.No payback can be made in case of incomplete or incorrect address.No refund can be granted.
Caution : Jewellery shipment is not made by Mondial Relais which therefore cannot be selected upon jewellery order placement.

Our products are made on request with your selected fragrance.Thus, they are unique objects, specifically created for you and designated as bespoke or personalised products.The withdrawal period cannot apply to bespoke or personalised products with a selected fragrance in compliance with article L-121-20 of the French code of consumption.

The product will be returned within 14 days (postmarked) in its original packaging.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal is free of charge but the return costs are at the buyer’s expense.The seller will proceed with the refund whithin 14 days after the product has been delivered to the seller and its state and condition checked.If the product is returned incomplete, damaged or spoiled, Nez dans les Fleurs is entitled to deny the refund.Nez dans les fleurs has taken out insurance for the product shipping.If the product is returned, the buyer will make sure that he/she has also taken out an insurance as no refund shall be granted in case of parcel loss or no show.
In no event shall the parties be responsible for any failure or delay in the performance of their obligations hereunder arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly forces beyond their control.If by reason of Force Majeure either party shall be rendered or unable wholly or in part to carry out its obligations , then such party shall give notice to the other party after occurrence and the obligation shall be suspended.
Force majeur includes direct or indirect forces beyond their control due to an unforeseen, external and unavoidable event.The non –performance, hindrance or delay could not have been prevented by reasonable precautions and the non-performing, hindered or delayed party shall be excused for such non-performance, hindrance or delay (article 1148 Civil Code). Force Majeure provision includes disruption or obstruction of transport and supply means, earthquake, fire,tempest,lightning,flooding,failure of telecommunication networks or of the personal external telecommunication network of the buyer.
The affected party shall give notice to the other party as soon as possible and both parties shall then examine the conditions under which the agreement can be performed.
Should the Force Majeure period exceed 3 months, the general terms may be terminated by the affected party.
Nez dans les Fleurs provides scented/unscented leather creations and also jewellery.
All the creations which are displayed on the site are the property of Nez dans les Fleurs and designer.They are protected as author’s rights and intellectual property.Acts of counterfeiting and piracy shall be prosecuted.Any use or reproduction of the texts, comments, photographs and objects without authorization is strictly prohibited in accordance with art.335-3 of the Law on Intellectual Property Code)
The General Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by the French Law.
